how to pass the ap world history exam?
im taking AP world history now and i can never pay attention in class or know what my teacher is talking about.
and i cant really remember everything in the textbook..
but i was wondering if i can just study for the AP exam with just the princeton review or barrons ap world history book and still get a 4 or 5?
I received a 5 on the AP Exam. I started by buying a Cracking the AP World History Exam book around $20 and also buying spark charts around $10. Buying the book helped me with various homework and the chart helped with remembering important dates. Take lots of practice on tests and remember to practice on DocumentBasedQuestion’s and FreeResponseQuestion’s. For DBQ’s always refer to the documents and cite them properly. You should also include tons of outside information. For FRQ’s try to brainstorm everything you know about the subject then make an outline. One thing I should mention is, DONT GET LAZY. During vacation try studying a little each day because you’ll lose information if you don’t. Take notes on every chapter. Atleast a synopsis and important events so you can refer back. The last 2 months my class finished early on the book review so we studied and prepared for the exam. The teacher will provide tons of prep work so make sure you do them and UNDERSTAND them. Its always best to have a study group. Study groups clarify difficult scenarios. For the rest, be confident during the test and get lots of rest the night befor. GOOD LUCK AND BEST OF WISHES
theres no excuse to not pay attention.
all i can reccomend is stop talking, passing notes, and PAY ATTENTION.
and studying isnt that hard.
